Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This coverage is optional and applies only to orders where Shipping Protection has been added.

1. Coverage Overview

Shipping Protection is designed to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. Coverage applies only under the conditions outlined below.

2. Lost Items

An item is considered lost when:

  • You have not received the item, and

  • The shipping carrier has officially confirmed the package as lost.

Coverage:

  • Lost items are our responsibility.

  • Eligible lost items will be replaced at no additional cost.

3. Stolen Items

An item is considered stolen when:

  • The shipping carrier marks the package as “delivered”, but the customer reports it as missing.

Coverage:

  • Stolen items are not covered under Shipping Protection.

  • Responsibility for stolen items lies with the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.

We recommend shipping to a secure location to reduce the risk of theft.

4. Damaged Items

An item is considered damaged when:

  • It arrives with visible damage that affects its usability or condition.

Coverage:

  • Damaged items are our responsibility.

  • The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.

  • Return instructions will be provided after a claim is approved.

Once the damaged item is received, we will replace the item.

5. Claim Timeframe

All Shipping Protection claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for coverage.

6. Resolution Method

  • Approved claims are resolved by replacement only.

  • Refunds are not issued under Shipping Protection.

7. Proof Requirements

We may require documentation to process a claim, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier confirmation of loss

  • Photos of damaged items and packaging

  • Order and shipping information

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.

8. Responsibility Summary

  • Lost items: Our responsibility

  • Damaged items: Our responsibility

  • Stolen items (marked delivered): Customer’s responsibility

9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated patterns of loss inconsistent with carrier records.

This Shipping Protection policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
