We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier for delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, high shipping volumes, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Without Shipping Protection

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if shipping protection is not purchased.

We are never responsible for stolen items, including packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
With Shipping Protection

If you purchase shipping protection, you may file a claim for lost or damaged items.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Lost items must be confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier.

Damaged items require return of the item before a replacement is issued.

Approved claims will result in a replacement item.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
