Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Shipping-Related Issues (Important)
Issues related to loss or damage during transit are handled separately from standard returns and are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping protection claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Non-Shipping Related)
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages, including orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier. This includes situations where shipping protection was purchased.

Exchanges
